Title: Roasted Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

2 1/4	ts	Yeast
3	c	Bread flour
3/4	c	Cheddar cheese, shredded, mild, white
2	ts	Jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped, roasted
1 1/2	tb	Cornmeal, coarsely ground
1	ts	Salt
1	tb	Sugar
4	tb	Powdered milk
1	c	Water, plus 1 TB

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Cheese may be added during the second knead.
